The LETAJ No.1 project, spanning an approximate area of 1,265 square meters, stands as one of the most prominent modern developments in the Daroos neighborhood of Tehran. This project, with a total built-up area of 8,891 square meters, comprises 12 floors and 15 residential units. Each unit, ranging from 297 to 320 square meters, boasts contemporary design and unparalleled amenities.
The communal areas of the project encompass 4,260 square meters and include facilities such as a cinema, green rooftop, conference hall, gymnasium, massage and spa room, swimming pool, and Turkish bath. Designed under the motto "Your attitude is Infinite," this project evokes a unique and modern lifestyle for its residents.
LETAJ showcases a distinctive way of living, where every detail is meticulously crafted to elevate life to infinite beauty. Initiated in 2020 by the esteemed architect Mr. Shahrouz Zomorodi, this project has since been recognized as an innovative and unique development in this prestigious Tehran neighborhood.

Shahrooz Zomorrodi is the CEO of Zomorrodi & Associates, founded in 2006. Zomorrodi and Associates is a multidisciplinary architectural firm founded in 2006 by Shahrooz Zomorrodi. It has a reputation for creative design and an international portfolio. Operating from two key branches, the firm has designed approximately 200 projects, many of which have been built.
These projects span various architectural categories, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and cultural sectors. Zomorrodi and Associates deliver architectural solutions worldwide, with completed works in Iran, Dubai, North America, and Germany.
The firm offers a broad range of services, including architectural design, interior design, commercial design, custom furniture design, landscape design, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) design and procurement, project management, project engineering, project development, project coordination, construction site supervision, and lead consultancy.
